Description
CCS Bonder Paste LoTemp is a structural, two-component epoxy paste adhesive formulated for use in low temperature environments and where a short working life is required. It is specifically designed for bonding on vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces. The product is ideal for structural anchoring of bolts, dowels, and rebar, bonding hardened to hardened concrete, plastic concrete to hardened concrete, masonry, and stone, as well as steel plate bonding and pressure injection crack repairs.
This epoxy paste is a 1:1 by volume (100:140 by weight) mix of Part A (white resin) and Part B (black hardener), yielding a mixed blue-gray compound. It may be applied manually or through ChemCo Systems’ Model C Paste Pump for automatic metering, mixing, and placement from 5-gallon containers. This ensures correct mix ratios and increases productivity.
Recommended for general concrete repair, anchoring bolts and dowels in varied orientations, steel plate bonding, and sealing cracks. It is particularly suitable for installations requiring high bond strength and performance at low or fluctuating temperatures. It may also be used as a surface seal in crack injection systems.
