High-Performance High-Movement Polyurethane Sealant
Dymonic 100 is a single-component, medium modulus, non-sag polyurethane sealant, that offers a durable flexible seal that performs exceptionally well in moving joints and exhibits tenacious adhesion to substrates once fully cured. Because you can stick it almost anywhere (and to almost anything,) Dymonic 100 is ideal as the one sealant to keep within reach on any jobsite.

Dymonic 100 is a single-component, medium-modulus, non-sag polyurethane sealant. It can be used in combination with:
- Tremco Vulkem® Deck Coatings
- ExoAir® Air Barrier products
- TREMproof® line of below-grade waterproofing membranes
- It is compatible with Nudura ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms)
- May require use of primers such as Tremco Primer 171 on unprimed porous substrates (e.g., concrete)
Applications:
Dymonic 100 is designed for:
- Expansion and control joints
- Precast concrete panel joints
- Perimeter caulking of windows, doors, and panels
- Aluminum, masonry, and vinyl siding interfaces
- Fluid-applied flashing around window, door, and curtain wall openings
- Substrate applications exposed to water immersion
Application Details:
- Skin Time: 2–3 hours
- Tack-Free Time: 6–8 hours
- Movement Capability: +100% / -50%
- Service Temperature Range: -40 °F to 180 °F (-40 °C to 82 °C)
- Application Temperature Range: 40 °F to 100 °F (4 °C to 37 °C)
- For installations below 40 °F, refer to cold-weather application guidelines.
