KEMKO 001 LP Liquid Bonder — Long pot life, low-exotherm, structural epoxy adhesive for bonding applications.

 This two-component epoxy bonder is designed for structural bonding applications including plastic (fresh) concrete to hardened concrete, bonding rigid materials like masonry, stone, steel, and wood, anchoring bolts/dowels/rebar, and repairing delaminated concrete. It is especially suitable for horizontal surfaces and vertical, downward-oriented holes, making it ideal where long working times are needed due to complex access conditions.

·      Part A (Resin): White, high-viscosity epoxy

·      Part B (Hardener): Black, low-viscosity hardener

·      Mixed Material: Blue-gray epoxy

·      Mix Ratio: 2:1 by volume (100:35 by weight)

·      May be blended with:

o   KEMKO 008 SP for shorter pot life

o   KEMKO 028 LP for increased viscosity

·      Structural bonding of fresh concrete to cured concrete

·      Surface bonding for anchors, rebar, dowels

·      Repair of delaminated concrete or topping slabs

·      Bonding external steel reinforcement for seismic upgrades (e.g., K-Bracing)

·      Epoxy mortar or patching when extended with sand/aggregate

·      Applied by trowel, roller, squeegee, or spray equipment
