Property Solution Interior Latex is
designed for the new construction and multi-
family housing markets. It provides excellent
touch-up and good hiding. It is ideal for use
in occupied buildings with little disruption to
other tenants.
Material Use:
This is a low-VOC interior latex paint designed specifically for the new construction and multi-family housing sectors. It provides excellent touch-up capabilities and good hiding power, making it ideal for use in occupied buildings where minimal disruption is essential.
System Components:
Property Solution Interior Latex is typically used in a system depending on the substrate. Below are recommended systems:
- Block: 1 coat ConFlex Block Filler + 2 coats Property Solution Interior Latex
- Drywall: 1 coat ProMar 400 Zero VOC Primer + 2 coats Property Solution Interior Latex
- Masonry/Plaster: 1 coat Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer + 2 coats Property Solution Interior Latex
- Wood: 1 coat Premium Wall & Wood Primer + 2 coats Property Solution Interior Latex
- For bleeding woods (e.g., tannins, knots): Use Multi-Purpose Primer instead
- Primer shade should be selected to optimize hide and final color (P-Shade)
Applications:
- Ideal for use in interior environments such as residential housing units and multifamily buildings.
- Can be applied to drywall, plaster, masonry, wood, and concrete substrates as part of a complete system.
Application Details:
- Methods: Brush (nylon-polyester), roller (1/4" to 3/4" nap synthetic), or airless spray (2000 psi, 0.017"-0.021" tip)
- Temperature Requirement: Apply only when air and surface temperatures are above 50°F (10°C)
- Coverage: 350–400 sq. ft. per gallon at 4 wet mils (~1.1 dry mils)
- Dry Time @ 77°F, 50% RH: Touch in 1 hour, recoat in 4 hours
- Pot Life: Not limited (not a reactive system)
- Shelf Life: 36 months unopened
- Tinting: Tints with CCE system—Extra White base accepts 0–6 oz per gallon, Deep Base 4–12 oz per gallon

- VOC Content: <50 g/L (0.42 lbs/gal), compliant with LEED® v4 & v4.1 VOC standards
- Not UV Stable: Designed for interior use only
- Finish: Flat (0–5 gloss units @ 85°)
- Solids: Volume solids 28 ± 2%, weight solids 46 ± 2%
- Cleanup: Soap and water
- Health & Safety: Contains crystalline silica; adequate ventilation required during sanding or abrasion. Product contains chemicals known to cause cancer or reproductive harm (California Prop 65 warning).
This material is best used as a finish coat in a multi-layer paint system tailored to the specific substrate type. It is not suitable for exterior or high-moisture environments and should not be frozen. Use only indoors under controlled conditions.
