Description
Polyeuro® LP-11 is a two component, 1:1, 100% solids, fast set, liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood surfaces.
Material Use
Polyeuro LP-11 – A two-component, 1:1 ratio, 100% solids, fast-set modified polyurea protective liner system. It is designed for use over metal, concrete, fiberglass, wood, and various specialty surfaces.
Polyeuro LP-11 serves as a tough, seamless, elastomeric protective coating with high abrasion and impact resistance, chemical resistance, and low-temperature flexibility. It is suitable for industrial and vehicular surfaces where rapid return-to-service and durability are required.
System Components
The system consists of Side-A and Side-B components, each provided in equal volumes (5 or 50 gallons each). Polyeuro LP-11 is typically applied directly to the substrate after proper surface preparation and priming. For color stability, especially under UV exposure, it is recommended to topcoat with an aliphatic polyurethane or polyurea coating within 12 hours of application. Compatible repair and surface smoothing products include Polycoat PC-260 and a Polyprime 21 + sand mix.
Applications
Recommended for truck bed linings, utility vehicles, boat and cargo liners, mold castings, walkways, horse trailers, and waterproof decking. It can be applied to new or old concrete, wood, steel, aluminum, brass, copper, fiberglass, textiles, and plastic foams, provided the substrate is adequately prepared and primed as needed.
Application Details

· Hardness: 90 ± 3 Shore A
· Elongation: 250% ± 50%
· Tensile Strength: 2000 ± 300 psi
· Tear Strength: 175 ± 25 pli
Special Notes
Polyeuro LP-11 is not UV stable and should be topcoated for outdoor exposure. Concrete must be cured for at least 28 days, and a pH of 8–11 is required prior to coating. Priming may be needed depending on the substrate. Notably, stainless steel, cast iron, and galvanized surfaces require special consideration and adhesion testing. This product should only be used by trained professionals and must be preconditioned to 75–80°F (24–27°C) before use. Storage must be indoors at 60–95°F with drums stored off the ground.
