Description
Super Save-Lite® Alkyd Dry Fall is a modified alkyd, intense white paint for interior use. Overspray dries to a removable dust within eight feet @ 77°F (25°C) and 50% relative humidity.
Material Use:
Super Save-Lite® Alkyd Dryfall is a high-reflectance, semi-gloss, modified alkyd paint designed for interior use in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. It is specifically formulated for spray application where overspray is a concern, as it dries to a removable dust within eight feet under standard conditions. This product is ideal for use in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, and other large interior spaces where high ceilings and overhead structures require coating.
System Components:
Super Save-Lite® Alkyd Dryfall is used in conjunction with a variety of primers depending on the substrate. The system typically includes:
- Primer (substrate-specific, see below)
- 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite® Alkyd Dryfall as the finish coat
Applications:
This coating is suitable for use on properly prepared structural steel, galvanized metal, drywall, plaster, concrete, masonry, and wood. It is recommended for interior ceilings and overhead surfaces in facilities such as warehouses, textile mills, industrial plants, and gymnasiums where dryfall characteristics are beneficial.

- Above 100°F: Mineral Spirits (R1K4)
- Reduction up to 5% may be used as needed (not in restricted areas)
Primers and Compatible Systems:
Super Save-Lite® Alkyd Dryfall must be used with appropriate primers based on the substrate:
- Steel: Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Primer or Kem Bond HS
- Aluminum & Galvanized Metal: DTM Wash Primer
- Concrete Block (CMU): Pro Industrial Heavy Duty Block Filler or Loxon Acrylic Block Surfacer
- Concrete, Masonry, Plaster: Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer
- Drywall: ProMar 200 Zero VOC Primer
- Wood (Interior): Premium Wall & Wood Primer

- This product is for interior use only and is not UV stable.
- Overspray may adhere to hot surfaces; remove immediately to prevent bonding.
- Tinting is possible with up to 2 oz per gallon of BAC colorant, but may affect dryfall performance.
- VOC content is 360 g/L (3.01 lbs/gal), which complies with some but not all regional regulations.
- Not LEED v4 compliant for VOC or emissions.
- Shelf life is 24 months unopened.
- Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with compliant solvent.
- Rags and waste soaked with this product may spontaneously combust; dispose of properly in a sealed, water-filled metal container.
Limitations:
- Not suitable for exterior use or areas exposed to UV light.
- Application below 50°F or above 100°F, or in humidity above 85%, may affect performance and dryfall characteristics.
- Not recommended for brush or roller application.
- Ensure proper surface preparation to avoid premature coating failure.
This product is best used as part of a complete system with the appropriate primer and applied by spray in controlled interior environments where overspray control is critical.
