Description

Super Save-Lite® Hi-Tec Dry Fall is an alkyd formulation, engineered to provide optimum wet and dry hiding at reduced film thickness. This feature can help reduce material consumption and equipment wear while increasing productivity and reducing cost. Overspray dries to a removable dust within eight feet @ 77°F (25°C) and 50% relative humidity.

Material Use:

Super Save-Lite® Hi-Tec Alkyd Dryfall is a high-performance interior alkyd dryfall coating designed for use in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. It is engineered to provide excellent wet and dry hiding at reduced film thickness, which helps reduce material consumption, equipment wear, and overall application costs. The product is ideal for high-ceiling areas where overspray control is critical, as it dries to a removable dust within eight feet under standard conditions.

System Components:

This coating system typically includes a substrate-specific primer followed by one to two coats of Super Save-Lite® Hi-Tec Alkyd Dryfall. The system components vary depending on the substrate:

- Steel: 1 coat of Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl Primer or Kem Bond HS, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Aluminum & Galvanized Metal: 1 coat of DTM Wash Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Concrete Block (CMU): 1 coat of Pro Industrial Heavy Duty Block Filler or Loxon Acrylic Block Surfacer, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Concrete, Masonry, Plaster: 1 coat of Loxon Concrete & Masonry Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Drywall: 1 coat of ProMar 200 Zero VOC Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Wood (Interior): 1 coat of Premium Wall & Wood Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Prefinished Siding (Interior): 1 coat of DTM Bonding Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite.

- Previously Painted Surfaces: 1–2 coats of Super Save-Lite, depending on condition and adhesion.

Applications:

This product is recommended for use in interior environments such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, gymnasiums, textile mills, and other commercial or institutional buildings. It is suitable for application on structural steel, galvanized metal, drywall, plaster, concrete, masonry, and wood.
