Themecoat^® 757-FR is a Class 1 fire-rated, two component, 1:1, 100% solids, elastomeric, fast set, liquid applied, modified polyurea liner system for EPS, metal, concrete, fiberglass and wood surfaces.

 Themecoat 757 FR is designed as a tough, seamless liner system for protecting various substrates including metal, concrete, fiberglass, and wood. It is especially suited for high-impact, chemically harsh, and abrasive environments, making it ideal for industrial, marine, and vehicular applications.

·       Side-A (Isocyanate) and Side-B (Resin) are mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio.

·       May be used with PC-260 or a mixture of Polyprime 21 and sand for surface repair on concrete or wood before application.

·       Can be topcoated with an aliphatic polyurethane or polyurea within 12 hours for enhanced UV stability and color retention.

 Recommended for:

·       Boat linings, truck bed surfaces, cargo holds and liners

·       Horse trailers, utility vehicles, walkways

·       Waterproof decking

·       Containment areas and industrial flooring

·       Encapsulation of fiberglass bodies and polystyrene foam

·       Surface Preparation: Must be dry, clean, and profiled. Follow SSPC-SP13/NACE 6 or ICRI 03732 CSP 3-5 for concrete. Surface-specific prep (abrasion, priming) is required for steel, wood, plastic, aluminum, and other substrates.

·       Mixing & Equipment: Apply using plural component, heated high-pressure spray equipment (e.g., Graco Reactor). Precondition components to 75–80°F (24–32°C). Spray at a minimum of 2000 psi and above 150°F (65°C).

·       Pot Life: 5–10 seconds

·       Tack Free Time: 40–60 seconds

·       Recoat Time: 0–6 hours

·       Return to Service: Foot traffic in 2–4 hours; Full service in 10–24 hours

·       Recommended Thickness: Minimum >2 mm

·       Coverage Rate: 1 gallon per 1600 ft² at 1 mil thickness

·       Substrate Adhesion:

o   Concrete (shot-blasted or primed): Substrate failure (>500 psi)

o   Steel: >900 psi

·       Not UV Stable: Will yellow or darken over time unless topcoated.

·       Environmental Limits:

o   Application Temp: Must be ≥5°F (3°C) above dew point

o   Service Temp: Dry -40°F to 250°F; Wet 40°F to 120°F

·       Abrasion Resistance: 33 mg loss (ASTM D4060, CS17, 1000 cycles)

·       Water Absorption: <1.0%

·       VOC Content: 0 g/L (compliant for VOC-restricted areas)

·       Shelf Life: 6 months from manufacture; store above 60°F and avoid freezing.

·       Warnings: Contains isocyanates; professional use only with appropriate PPE.
