Cement All® is a high-performance, fast-setting concrete repair material that is durable in wet environments. Apply Cement All from featheredge to 4” thick. Use for general and structural concrete repair, doweling and anchoring, industrial grouting, formed work, vertical and horizontal trowel applications. Conforms to: ASTM C387, C928, C1107, CRD C621.

Material Use:

CEMENT ALL is a high-performance, fast-setting, multi-purpose concrete repair material and non-shrink grout. It is ideal for structural and general concrete repair, doweling and anchoring, industrial grouting, formed work, and vertical and horizontal trowel applications. It is particularly suited for critical and high-durability environments including airports, highways, industrial facilities, and marine structures.

System Components:

CEMENT ALL is a single-component blend of Rapid Set hydraulic cement and specially graded fine aggregates. For increased workability or control of setting time, the following admixtures from the same product family can be used:

  • FLOW Control: Plasticizing admixture to increase fluidity
  • SET Control: Retarding admixture to extend working time

Applications:

This material is applied from featheredge up to 4" (10 cm) in thickness. For deeper applications or structural bulk work, Rapid Set® Mortar Mix or Rapid Set® Concrete Mix is recommended as a base component. CEMENT ALL is suitable for:

  • Structural and cosmetic concrete repairs
  • Underlayments and overlayment
  • Industrial anchoring and doweling
  • Grouting under baseplates
  • Precast element restoration

Application Details:

  • Mix Ratio: 3 to 3.75 quarts (2.8–3.5 L) of water per 55-lb (25 kg) bag for DOT and critical use; up to 5 quarts (4.7 L) for general/high-fluidity use.
  • Working Time: Initial set in 15 minutes; final set in 35 minutes
  • Pot Life: Not explicitly mentioned, but working time is very short (minutes)
  • Curing Time: Minimum 1 hour water cure recommended after hardening begins.
  • Full Cure Strength:
    • 3000 psi in 1 hour
    • 9000 psi at 28 days
  • Yield:
    • 55-lb (25 kg) bag yields ~0.5 ft³
    • 25-lb (11.3 kg) box yields ~0.2 ft³
  • Application Temperature Range: 45°F to 90°F (7°C to 32°C)
  • Cold Weather Handling: Use warm material and mix water; follow ACI 306 procedures
  • Hot Weather Handling: Use chilled water or SET Control; follow ACI 305 procedures
  • Overcoating:
    • Water-based coatings after 4 hours
    • Solvent-based or epoxy coatings after 16 hours
  • Curing Method: Water curing for 1 hour post hardening to maintain a moist sheen

Special Notes:

  • UV stability is not mentioned; external durability implies good performance in outdoor environments.
  • Not intended for long-term exposure above 212°F (100°C)
  • Not suitable for application on frozen surfaces
  • No metal or chlorides, thus suitable for corrosion-sensitive environments
  • Surface must be SSD (Saturated Surface Dry) prior to application
  • Not to be retempered once mixed
  • Install full-depth in one layer for horizontal surfaces—do not layer multiple lifts

This material is a strong candidate for inclusion in a repair system, especially when rapid turnaround is required or where structural integrity must be quickly restored. Its compatibility with other Rapid Set products (Mortar Mix, Concrete Mix) and admixtures (SET Control, FLOW Control) allows it to be part of a versatile repair or resurfacing system.
