- Brush/Roller: Nylon-polyester brush or ¼" woven roller cover

Special Notes:

- This product is self-priming on many surfaces but using a primer is recommended for optimal performance, especially on steel, aluminum, masonry, and wood.

- It is not UV-stable in the sense of long-term gloss retention but offers good exterior color and gloss retention.

- The product is low-VOC (<50 g/L) and LEED v4/v4.1 compliant, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive projects.

- It is abrasion-resistant, has excellent adhesion (1212 psi per ASTM D4541), and performs well in corrosion resistance tests when used over Pro-Cryl Primer.

- The product is dry heat resistant up to 300°F, has good flexibility, and passes ASTM D522 with a 1/8" mandrel.

- Shelf life is 24 months unopened.

- Do not apply on wet surfaces or immediately after rain or during foggy weather.

- Surface preparation is critical for performance. For example, steel should be cleaned to SSPC-SP2 or better, and masonry must be cured for at least 30 days and cleaned per SSPC-SP13/ICRI CSP 1–3.

- Dryfall properties are effective within 10–15 feet, making it suitable for overhead spray applications in controlled environments.

- Not recommended for immersion service or continuous water exposure.

This product is a versatile, professional-grade coating that can be integrated into a wide range of architectural and light industrial systems, especially where fast dry times, low VOC, and multi-surface compatibility are required.
