Material Use

This product is designed as a poultice cleaner to remove deeply set oil and grease stains from porous construction surfaces. It is particularly effective for stains caused by motor oil, brake and power-steering fluids, anti-freeze, hydraulic fluids, cooking oils, and food grease.

System Components

This is a standalone cleaner and does not require additional components such as activators, primers, or coatings. It does not work as part of a broader coating or repair system but may be used in preparation for surface treatments such as sealing or coating by first removing oily contaminants.

Application Details

• No mixing, troweling, or scrubbing required. The product is poured directly onto the stain where it spreads out to form a poultice.

• After drying, the material can simply be swept up and discarded—no need for water rinse or neutralization.
• It leaves no residue and does not discolor stone, making it safe for use on delicate or decorative surfaces.
