Description
2-component, 100% solids, self-leveling and high-build epoxy floor coating. It is designed to be used as a protective floor coating on concrete, over an existing epoxy coating or to create metallic/decorative flooring systems.
Material Use:
EP-1000 is a 2-component, 100% solids, high-build, self-leveling epoxy coating primarily used for industrial, commercial, and residential concrete floor protection. It can serve as both a protective coating and a binder component in resurfacing or patching projects exposed to aggressive environments. It is also suitable for creating decorative and metallic flooring finishes.

Application Details:
- Surface Prep: Mechanical preparation to ICRI-CSP2 profile via diamond grinding; all contaminants removed; all cracks/holes repaired with epoxy filler
- Mixing Ratio: 2 parts A : 1 part B (by volume or 100g resin : 42g hardener by weight)
- Mixing Time: 2–3 minutes per component, followed by combined mixing
- Metallic Version: Pigment added and allowed to sit 30 minutes before B is added
- Application Method: Rubber squeegee + 10mm roller for 1st and 2nd coats
- Cleaning: Xylene (before curing)
- Coverage Rates:
