Our Solutions
Efficient Repairs and Flood Prevention
Our industrial-grade materials allow for extensive crack repair and patching of varying thickness, making it possible to restore the balcony slab instead of having to demolish and recast it. At the same time, balcony slope can be corrected, which plays an essential role in flood prevention.
Our solutions
Safe and Renewed Surfaces
The entire balcony surface, including the edges and cold joints (areas where the slab meets the wall) can be coated with a polyurea-based membrane for full protection and a renewed look. Non-slip aggregates ensure balconies are safe to walk on.

Surface Preparation
Before a protective membrane can be installed, the surface must be fully repaired, as needed – cracks and loose concrete will not allow the material to adhere and seal the surface. Crack filling is done, and patches are installed. The ability to do patches as thin as 5 mm allows to correct balcony slope (in case it is flat or inverted).

Cold Joints
Cold joints – the weaker area in the concrete surface where the balcony slab meets the wall – are waterproofed next. The joint is cleaned out and coated with adhesive before a continuous patch is installed at a 45-degree angle. An industrial-grade waterproofing material is then applied over the entire patch.

Waterproofing Membranes
A polyurea-based membrane follows – it covers the entire floor and the wall, up to the height of several inches which ensures durable waterproofing results. It is applied in two layers: balcony floor is coated with the basecoat, non-slip aggregates are broadcast next, and a topcoat follows to fully seal the surface. Polyaspartic membranes have become more and more popular because of the varied colours they are available in and the UV protection they offer (an aliphatic polyspartic material is used). Flakes can also be added for a unique look.
