Description

CCS Coating, FC

Material Use:

CCS Coating, FC is a high-build, two-component epoxy coating designed for direct food contact applications with dry bulk and aqueous foods. It is suitable for both floor and wall surfaces and offers excellent resistance to chemicals, wear, and skid/slip. This coating complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300 for food contact and is appropriate for concrete, steel, and wood substrates.

System Components:

The system includes two components: Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) in a 2:1 volume mix ratio. It can be used with broadcast aggregates (recommended mesh sizes #20x40 or #30x50) to enhance slip resistance and durability. No primer is required, and the coating bonds to dry, damp, or wet (no standing water) substrates.

Applications:

Recommended for facilities requiring chemical resistance and food safety, such as food processing areas, storage, industrial plants, and vehicle or pedestrian traffic zones. It performs well on concrete, steel, and wood surfaces and is freeze/thaw resistant for outdoor use.

Application Details:

·         Mix Ratio: 2:1 by volume (Part A: Part B)
