System Components:
This product consists of ARDOX spiral shank nails integrated with a 25-mm round-top washer. The spiral shank design provides superior grip and reduces the risk of wood splitting during installation. These nails are typically used in conjunction with SOPREMA roofing membranes and insulation systems, forming part of a complete mechanically fastened roofing assembly.

Application Details:
These nails are driven directly into wood substrates using standard roofing nailers or hammers. The spiral shank design allows for easier driving and increased holding strength, ranging from 50% to 200% more than straight shank nails, depending on the wood type. The integral washer ensures a secure hold of the membrane or board without tearing or pull-through.
Special Notes:
- Available in four lengths: 25 mm (1 inch), 38 mm (1½ inch), 50 mm (2 inch), and 75 mm (3 inch), all with a 3-mm gauge.
- Packaged in 22 kg (50 lb) boxes with quantities varying by nail length (e.g., 5,000 nails for 25 mm length).
- These nails are not affected by temperature or humidity during installation, making them suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions.
- As a mechanical fastener, this product does not have pot life, curing time, or thickness limitations.
- Not UV-sensitive, as it is a mechanical component and typically covered by roofing materials.
