Description

Pro Industrial™ Alkyd Dryfall is a modified alkyd, intense white paint for interior use. Overspray dries to a removable dust within eight feet @ 77°F (25°C) and 50% relative humidity.

Material Use:

Pro Industrial™ Alkyd Dryfall is a high-performance, modified alkyd-based interior coating designed for use in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. It is specifically formulated for overhead spray applications where overspray is a concern, as it dries to a removable dust within eight feet under standard conditions. This product is ideal for ceilings and overhead structures in facilities such as warehouses, manufacturing plants, gymnasiums, and textile mills.

System Components:

This coating system typically includes a primer appropriate to the substrate, followed by one to two coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall. The system components vary depending on the substrate:

- Steel: 1 coat of Pro Industrial Pro-Cryl® Primer or Kem Bond® HS Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall.

- Aluminum & Galvanized Metal: 1 coat of Pro Industrial DTM Wash Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall.

- Concrete Block (CMU): 1 coat of Pro Industrial Heavy Duty Block Filler or Loxon® Acrylic Block Surfacer, followed by 1–2 coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall.

- Concrete, Masonry, Plaster: 1 coat of Loxon® Concrete & Masonry Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall.

- Drywall: 1 coat of ProMar® 200 Zero VOC Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall.

- Interior Wood: 1 coat of Premium Wall & Wood Primer, followed by 1–2 coats of Pro Industrial Alkyd Dryfall.

Applications:

This product is intended for interior use only and is suitable for a wide range of substrates including structural steel, galvanized metal, drywall, plaster, concrete, masonry, and wood. It is commonly used in large-scale commercial and industrial settings where high light reflectance and easy cleanup of overspray are desired.
