Description
Pro-Park™ is an excellent choice for any facility with a parking area, from shopping centers and recreation facilities to office and apartment complexes. This premium waterborne acrylic alkyd striping paint has excellent chemical and dirt resistance which provides exceptional adhesion to concrete and asphalt surfaces. It’s the perfect solution for marking parking lots; freshening traffic lanes and enhancing curb appeal.
Material Use:
Pro-Park™ is a premium quality, waterborne acrylic alkyd traffic marking paint designed for professional use in marking asphalt and concrete surfaces. It is ideal for use in parking lots, roadways, and pedestrian areas, offering excellent chemical resistance, dirt pickup resistance, and durability. The product is suitable for use by pavement stripers, property managers, municipalities, schools, and asphalt seal contractors. It can be used with stencils for directional arrows, STOP/YIELD signs, pedestrian crossings, and handicap markings.
System Components:
This is a single-component system applied directly to cured asphalt, concrete, or brick surfaces. It does not require a primer or base coat. Reflective properties can be added by broadcasting glass beads onto the wet paint. For enhanced slip resistance, H&C SharkGrip® Slip Resistant Additive or sand may be added to the final coat.
Applications:
Pro-Park™ is used for striping and marking on cured asphalt, concrete, and brick surfaces in commercial, municipal, and institutional settings. It is suitable for marking parking stalls, directional signage, fire lanes, and pedestrian zones. It is not intended for large area coverage or as a floor paint in pedestrian-heavy zones due to potential slip hazards.
