These molded corners are used in commercial and industrial roofing applications where SENTINEL PVC membranes are installed. Application Details:
SENTINEL MOLDED CORNERS are installed using an electric hot air welder, which fuses the molded corner to the adjacent PVC membrane surfaces. Proper surface preparation and welding technique are essential to ensure a watertight bond. The corners are available in white and grey to match the color of the SENTINEL membrane system. Each corner measures 127 × 127 × 127 mm (5 × 5 × 5 in) and has a thickness of 2.2 mm (85 mils). They are supplied in boxes of 20 units.

- SENTINEL MOLDED CORNERS are accessory components and must be used in conjunction with compatible SENTINEL PVC membranes.
- These corners are not UV-sensitive and are designed to be exposed to the elements as part of the roofing system.
- No primers or adhesives are required for installation, as the product is heat-welded directly to the membrane.
