Themecoat^® 5# polyurethane foam systems are designed for molding and void filling application. Themecoat^® 5# can be designed to meet a variety of reactivity requirement without sacrificing product quality and can be formulated to a wide range of densities from 4 to 25 lbs/ft3 (64-401 kg/m3 ).

 Themecoat 5 lb is designed primarily for molding and void filling applications. It is commonly used in the manufacturing of molded picture frames, furniture parts, structure floats, and other design elements where a rigid polyurethane foam is suitable.

 The system consists of two parts:

·       Side-A (Isocyanate) – Low-viscosity liquid with specific gravity of 1.23

·       Side-B (Polyol Blend) – Viscous liquid with specific gravity of 1.04

 These are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume for application.

 This material is intended for use in casting, molding, and structural filling. It is suitable for artistic, decorative, and functional foam structures due to its ability to form a uniform cell structure.

·       Mix Ratio: 1:1 by volume (Side A : Side B)

·       Cream Time: 8–10 seconds at 74°F (23°C), indicating rapid reactivity
